Raechly vs Lemlist

The creative multichannel option. Lemlist is built around sequences that mix email with LinkedIn touches and calls, plus personalisation features like generated images that nobody else does as well.

Short answer

Pick Lemlist if teams whose outbound genuinely needs LinkedIn and phone alongside email, and whose volume is modest enough that per-seat pricing works.

Pick Raechly if email is the channel that matters, volume is rising, and per-seat pricing has started to hurt.

Pricing checked 2026-08-10. The per-seat model is the constraint — cost scales with headcount, not with sending volume.

Where Lemlist wins

  • Genuine multichannel sequencing — email, LinkedIn and cold call steps in a single flow
  • Best-in-category creative personalisation, including dynamic image generation
  • Strong sequence builder for teams whose outbound is relationship-led rather than volume-led
  • Established brand with a large template and community library

Where it gets constrained

  • Per-seat pricing becomes expensive past roughly five users compared with flat-rate competitors
  • Independent placement testing put it at roughly 74%, the lowest of the three majors tested
  • Email volume plays are not the design centre; it is optimised for lower-volume, higher-touch outreach
  • Sending infrastructure is Lemlist-managed, so reputation is not portable

The verdict

Lemlist and Raechly barely compete. Lemlist is a multichannel sales engagement tool where email is one of three channels; if your play needs LinkedIn touches and call steps in the same sequence, Raechly does not do that and will not pretend to.

Where the comparison becomes real is email-heavy outbound. Lemlist’s per-seat model and its 74% placement result in independent testing both point the same direction: it is built for lower-volume, higher-craft outreach. Raechly is built for email volume that has to land, on your own SES identity, with flat cost that does not scale with headcount.

Pricing, plainly

Lemlist starts at $39/user/mo (Email Outreach) and its mid tier is $69/user/mo (Multi-Channel), priced per user, per month. The per-seat model is the constraint — cost scales with headcount, not with sending volume.

Raechly charges a flat subscription and you pay Amazon directly for the messages you send. SES is billed per message and is usually a small fraction of a platform subscription at equivalent volume, so the comparison depends far more on how many mailboxes you run than on the headline tier. See pricing for the current plans.

Moving from Lemlist to Raechly

If your sequences use LinkedIn or call steps, this is not a migration, it is a channel decision. Moving to an email-only tool means those touches move somewhere else or stop. Decide that first, because no amount of email deliverability makes up for dropping a channel that was converting.

For the email half, the move is straightforward. Export sequences, rebuild them as campaign steps, and let the copy carry over. Lemlist’s creative personalisation does not carry over, so any sequence leaning on generated images needs rewriting around text-based variables before it will perform.

Mechanically it is create_domain, publish the records, check_domain until it verifies, then import_leads and start_warmup. Your assistant can run the whole path.

Raechly vs Lemlist: questions

Does Raechly do LinkedIn or cold calling steps?

No. Raechly is email-only by design. If your sequences need LinkedIn or phone touches, Lemlist is the better product and this is not a close call.

Why does per-seat pricing matter for cold email?

Cold email cost tends to scale with mailboxes and volume, not with people. A three-person agency running forty mailboxes pays for three seats but needs forty domains warmed, so flat-rate tools usually cost less as sending grows.

Can Raechly personalise emails the way Lemlist does?

Raechly does variable-driven personalisation in templates and can generate campaign copy with AI, but it has no equivalent to Lemlist’s dynamic image personalisation.
