Raechly vs Reply.io
The broadest suite here. Reply.io layers email, LinkedIn, SMS and calling over built-in B2B data, website visitor identification and an AI SDR called Jason.
Short answer
Pick Reply.io if sales teams that want one system for every outbound channel and have the process maturity to operate it.
Pick Raechly if you realised you only use the email half, and you would rather own the sending identity than rent the suite.
Side by side
| Raechly | Reply.io | |
|---|---|---|
| Sending infrastructure | Your own Amazon SES identity, your AWS region | Reply.io-managed sending |
| Warmup | Built in, on pool inboxes you own | Built-in warmup across the platform network |
| Reply capture verified before sending | Yes — a mailbox with no verified inbound path cannot send | Reporting is comprehensive; warmup inbound is not independently verifiable |
| MCP server for AI assistants | Yes — all 22 tools, Streamable HTTP | No first-party MCP server published as of August 2026. |
| Pricing model | Flat, plus your own SES usage | Per user for multichannel; flat for the email volume plan |
| Entry price | See pricing | $89/user/mo (Multichannel) |
Pricing checked 2026-08-10. The Email Volume plan at $159 includes unlimited users and unlimited mailboxes, which changes the maths at scale.
Where Reply.io wins
- Widest channel coverage of any tool in this comparison
- Built-in B2B data and website visitor reveal reduce the number of subscriptions you need
- The Email Volume plan removes per-seat cost entirely at higher volume
- AI SDR handles routine reply triage for teams that want it
Where it gets constrained
- Requires operational discipline to run well; reviewers consistently note the learning curve
- Entry price is the highest here at $89/user for multichannel
- Breadth comes at the cost of depth in email deliverability specifically
- No first-party MCP server, despite the AI SDR positioning
The verdict
Reply.io is the maximalist option: every channel, built-in data, an AI SDR, website visitor identification. If you want one vendor for all of outbound and have someone whose job is to run it, that breadth is the product.
Raechly is the opposite bet — do email, do the infrastructure underneath it properly, and expose all of it to an AI assistant so it does not need a dedicated operator. Note the irony worth checking against your own stack: Reply.io markets an AI SDR but publishes no MCP server, so your assistant cannot drive it. Raechly has no AI SDR persona and gives your assistant the whole product.
Pricing, plainly
Reply.io starts at $89/user/mo (Multichannel) and its mid tier is $159/mo (Email Volume, unlimited users), priced per user for multichannel; flat for the email volume plan. The Email Volume plan at $159 includes unlimited users and unlimited mailboxes, which changes the maths at scale.
Raechly charges a flat subscription and you pay Amazon directly for the messages you send. SES is billed per message and is usually a small fraction of a platform subscription at equivalent volume, so the comparison depends far more on how many mailboxes you run than on the headline tier. See pricing for the current plans.
Moving from Reply.io to Raechly
The question to settle before migrating is how much of Reply.io you actually use. Teams routinely pay for LinkedIn, SMS, calling, visitor identification and an AI SDR while running email sequences and nothing else. If that is you, the migration is simple. If it is not, you are dismantling a stack.
The Email Volume plan at $159 with unlimited users complicates the maths in Reply.io’s favour at scale, so run the comparison at your actual volume rather than the per-seat headline. Flat cost plus SES usage often wins, but not always, and not by as much as the $89-per-user entry price suggests.
Mechanically it is create_domain, publish the records, check_domain until it verifies, then import_leads and start_warmup. Your assistant can run the whole path.
Raechly vs Reply.io: questions
Reply.io has an AI SDR. Does Raechly?
No. Raechly does not ship an autonomous agent persona. It exposes 22 tools over MCP so the assistant you already use — Claude, Claude Code, Cursor — becomes the operator, using your judgement rather than replacing it.
Is the $159 Email Volume plan good value?
At high volume with several users, it is genuinely competitive because it drops per-seat cost. Compare it against Raechly’s flat cost plus SES usage, which is billed per message and typically low.
Can Raechly replace Reply.io entirely?
Only if your outbound is email-only. Reply.io’s LinkedIn, SMS, calling and visitor identification have no Raechly equivalent.
